A New Home for Our Head Office:
We have officially moved our Head Office to a beautiful new location just a few miles down the road — we’re now based at Mere View Farm in the heart of Cheshire. This move gives us a fresh, modern space where we can continue to grow, collaborate, and deliver even greater support and services to our valued clients.
New Branch Openings:
We are happy announce the expansion of our network with the opening of a brand-new branch in Leicestershire! And that's not all — we’re also putting the finishing touches on a new branch in Yorkshire, which will be opening its doors very soon. These new locations will allow us to reach even more clients and communities with the same high-quality services and support you know and trust.
Introducing Our New Laboratory:
We’re also taking a big step forward in expanding our service capabilities. We’re excited to introduce our brand-new laboratory — soon to be fully accredited— which will offer even more advanced diagnostic services and cutting-edge care solutions. Bringing these services under one roof means faster results, greater convenience, and a stronger commitment to excellence for all our clients. The laboratory is on track to open later this year.
Launch Event Success – Leicestershire
We’re chuffed to share the success of our recent Launch Evening at our new Leicestershire branch!
We celebrated with a Gamekeepers' Information Evening, which was well-attended, highly informative, and a lot of fun for everyone involved.

Welcoming New Team Members
Demi Tweats has joined the dispensary team as Dispensary Assistant, working alongside Kiri Willis, now appointed as Dispensary Manager.
Silvio De Luca has joined our veterinary team in March, working alongside Elena Calin at our Cheshire office. Together, they bring a fantastic mix of clinical, academic, and official veterinary experience to the Northwest.
Zoe Hatton has joined our Leicestershire branch as Branch Manager, with a lead role in PR and marketing. Zoe brings a wealth of experience across veterinary practice management, and we’re thrilled to have her help us grow client engagement. Stay tuned for events happening near you!
