Delivery Information

Deliveries are made by our third party, specialist veterinary courier service provider. Deliveries are normally made between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and are only possible to mainland UK. Orders placed before 12pm are normally delivered the next working day. 

All deliveries are subject to product availability, and subject to your delivery address details being processed and accepted by our third-party courier service provider. Where delivery by our third-party courier service provider is not possible, an alternative courier will be sought by may incur an additional cost. 

Avicare cannot be held responsible or liable for delayed or failed delivery but will work with our customers and courier service provider to resolve any issues as soon as possible. 

We cannot accept any liability for loss, damage or destruction after the order has been delivered. 

Delivery Costs

The delivery charge for a single parcel weighing up to 20kg with our third-party courier is £26.10 (excluding VAT). Subsequent parcels in the same order are subject to the same charge. This courier service is 24 hours (next working day) delivery service. 

Please contact us to discuss the delivery of chemical products including disinfectants, detergents and line cleaners. Delivery of these products are usually made direct to customer by a specialist third party courier service.

For orders of weight less than 20kg, please contact us to request a Royal Mail delivery.
